Allure Thai Spa and Wellness accept immediate online orders through:

– Domestic and international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

– Select banks in India

– UPI and select wallets

Note: For card transactions, provide the necessary details, and ensure your card is enrolled in VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).

Cash on Delivery

– Available for select pin codes.

– Follow safety protocols for a secure package delivery.

– If unavailable during delivery, provide an alternative address or contact within 48 hours for successful delivery.

Order Changes and Cancellations

– Shipping/billing address can’t be changed post-order placement.

– No modifications post successful order placement.

– For cancellations, inform us by emailing on the same date as order placement.

COVID-19 Notice

– Due to ongoing situations, expect possible dispatch and delivery delays.

– COD orders cannot be refunded in the original mode of payment, only through the brand online voucher.

– In case of cancellation, a 2.5% gateway charge applies.

– Deliveries between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

– Goods must be signed for upon delivery.

– Shipping and handling rates vary; details provided at checkout.

Returns & Refund Policy

– Exchange processed for saleable, undamaged products.

– Refund via brand online voucher for COD orders.

– Spa gift vouchers are non-refundable.

– Quality issues assessed by skincare doctor.

– Return for quality assessment; report available post 7 working days.

Damages and Allergic Reactions

– Damages due to neglect, improper usage not covered.

– Exchange due to allergic reactions not applicable.

– No cash refunds; exchanges within 3 weeks of quality inspection.
