● Shipping and Payment Information: Underneath your order, click on the “Checkout” link. Provide your shipping details and select a suitable payment option from the available choices.

● Payment Options: Allure Thai Spa and Wellness accepts immediate online orders through: – Domestic and international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) – Select banks in India – UPI and select wallets Note: For card transactions, provide the necessary details, and ensure your card is enrolled in VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).

● Payment Security: – All transactions are secured by SSL and 1024-bit encryption. – CVV/CVC required for online transactions. – Check for the padlock icon during checkout for secure mode.

● Upon making an online payment, an Electronic Gift Card will be instantly generated and emailed to your recipient mail ID.

● The Electronic Gift Card serves as your notification to us for booking the service. Your booking will only be confirmed upon the credit of the amount to Allure Thai Spa’s bank account.

● You can redeem the service only at a designated centre mentioned on your gift card. Services will be provided upon presenting the spa gift card soft copy (electronic generated mail ) or printout of the soft copy at the reception counter. Prior appointment (24 Hrs in advance) is necessary. Appointment will be provided as per availability.

● The Electronic Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once issued, it must be used exclusively at the designated spa centre. Services received with the Electronic Gift Card are considered the fulfilment of our obligation.

● Allure Thai Spa will not be held responsible for misplaced Electronic Gift Cards or used by anyone other than the intended recipient. Treat this document securely and present it at our spa as a printed copy or displayed on your phone. We recommend that the recipient or the person receiving it in their email inbox print and present it to the ultimate recipient.

● Gift card service must be availed within three (3) months from the date printed on the Electronic Gift Card. If you miss your appointment, please inform us via telephone within the stipulated period to avoid cancellation.

● Any appointments, inquiries, or walk-ins after the expiry or extended date will be considered new appointments, requiring payment for therapy.

● Individuals with skin ailments, infections, diseases, or disorders as per spa rules are ineligible for therapy. In such cases, the gift can be used by someone else who meets the eligibility criteria.
