Advanced Reservations:
We highly recommend scheduling appointments at least one week in advance to ensure the availability of preferred times and treatments.
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid full charges, kindly provide 24-hour notice for cancellations. A 48-hour notice is required for spa packages and groups. No refunds for missed appointments.
Spa Arrival:
Please check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes before your appointment to begin the relaxation process. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
Payment Types:
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express with proper identification.
Returned Checks:
A 300Rs fee will be assessed for any returned checks.
Spa Etiquette: Respect guests’ privacy and maintain a quiet atmosphere by turning off cellular devices and speaking softly.
Guests under 15: Must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Health Conditions: Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.
Cleanliness: Our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after each use to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Loss or Damage: We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you.
Prices: Subject to change without notice.

-Quantity and Checkout: Choose the desired quantity for your selected item or spa service and click on “Checkout” to proceed.
-Shipping and Payment Information: Underneath your order, click on the “Checkout” link. Provide your shipping details and select a suitable payment option from the available choices.
-Payment Options: Allure Thai Spa and Wellness accept immediate online orders through: – Domestic and international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) – Select banks in India – UPI and select wallets Note: For card transactions, provide the necessary details, and ensure your card is enrolled in VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).
–Cash on Delivery – Available for select pin codes. – Follow safety protocols for a secure package delivery. – If unavailable during delivery, provide an alternative address or contact within 48 hours for successful delivery.
–Order Changes and Cancellations: – Shipping/billing address can’t be changed post-order placement. – No modifications post successful order placement. For cancellations, inform us by emailing spaandsalonallure@gmail.com on the same date as order placement.
–Pricing Policy: – Product prices are current, subject to change without notice. – Prices processed in Indian Rupees, inclusive of all taxes. – Orders billed at the price during shipping. – Products are GST liable in India.

–Out of Stock Items: – We do not back order; out-of-stock items discussed within 2 business days.
